I'm Julie-Ann, a classically trained chef with over 30 years of experience in high-end kitchens and as a Personal Chef. But more importantly? I’m a woman who’s been through the ups and downs of weight, energy, and trying to “eat right” while living a full, demanding life.

I started Kitchen Keto Fix because there wasn’t enough out there for real women—especially those of us over 35 who want to feel good in our bodies, without obsessing over carbs or spending hours in the kitchen. Keto has been my go-to for years. It’s flexible, sustainable, and helps me feel clear, light, and energised—even on the busiest days.

Here, you’ll find chef-crafted keto recipes that are balanced, delicious, and quick to make (because unless I’m cooking for guests, I don’t believe in 60-minute meals). I’m a coffee lover, food connoisseur, nature enthusiast, and firm believer that good food should rejuvenate you—not slow you down.
